For their subsidiary in Australia, we are looking, in the context of a role creation, for their next Senior HR Manager.
The candidate will create and implement the HR roadmap with the strong support of the central Group HR, in order to support the business growth of the australian subisidiary in several markets (approx. 200 employees for now).
He/She will be a strong business partner to the senior leadership team (GM, peers) as well as to the operational and technical teams on site.
This is a stand alone role, which requires an good expertise in strategical and operational/hands-on aspect.
We are looking for candidates who have at least 7 years of experience in HR, from an industrial background.
Technical & Soft skills for this role :

* to be able to work in a matrix environment at a local, regional and group level
* strong expertise in HR support in HSE and Quality aspects
* to be able to liaise and communicate with all management lines : Group HR, regional country HR, senior leadership team and technical operators in Australia.
