We're looking for a BDM who loves the latest and greatest in innovative outdoor products with a strong background in Government, Security and Defence Sales
Fast-paced, progressive business requires your help. Our team is looking for someone to take on the role of a BDM / Sales person, serving our customers through the supply of outdoor, night vision and thermal imaging products.
The focus will be on establishing and building a customer base in this new vertical then managing it moving forward, possible promotional opportunities may exist in the future to head up a team in this area to maintain the sales and service customers while other new opportunities are established.
This role is hybrid both traveling to see customers, some work at the office and possibly remote work from home. Training will need to be undertaken at our office initially (Ipswich QLD). People with sales, sales management or BDM experience are encouraged to apply.

* Sales in person and on the phone
* Testing the latest and greatest in Thermal Imaging equipment
* Demonstrating and training our customers
* Finding and vetting potential new clients and customers
* Completing tenders
* Daily CRM reporting and KPI's
* Providing our customers with expert advice and solutions

We need someone who has:
1. A current Driver's License (required) and clean criminal record, a Firearms license (desirable but not essential)
2. Has a passion for the outdoors, night vision and thermal imaging equipment
3. Is tech savvy with electronic devices, use of smart phones, MS Office, video conferencing and preferably CRM's and other business systems
4. Has a proven track record in a sales or BDM role focused in Government, Defence, Security
5. Has the ability to delight our customers by understanding their specific needs, desires and pain points and finding and owing the solutions
6. Great communication skills, able to convince others to buy our products or to otherwise change their minds or actions
7. The ability to solve problems and from time-to-time handle complaints, accept criticism, be a mature person who is not easily offended.
8. Other skills or any weird or wonderful skill you may have would be an advantage
