About the Role
As a Design Coordinator, you will:
Support design management activities and facilitate project solutions, advice, and documentation.
Lead design objectives across multiple projects while ensuring delivery requirements are achieved.
Work across government, private sector, and Fairbrother's own developments.
Ensure compliance with planning requirements, NCC standards, Australian standards, and industry best practices.
Track multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
Collaborate closely with project teams to maintain quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
About You
We are looking for an individual with:
Degree in Architecture or relevant tertiary qualification.
At least 2 years' commercial construction industry design experience.
Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
Knowledge of design trends and proficiency in design documentation review.
Excellent communication skills — graphic, written, and verbal.
Strong planning, organisation, and time management abilities.
A safety-first mindset and a passion for sustainable design.
Commercial acumen and the ability to work under pressure across multiple projects.
