**What you will bring**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Health Service Management or Accounting or equivalent relevant field and/or extensive experience in procurement / operational asset management.
- Knowledge and experience with whole of life asset data information standards, compliance with statutory, regulatory and legislative requirements, NSW Health asset management policy and MLHD strategic objectives
- Proficient scheduling, documentation, and compliance master, analytical, and able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail,
- Utilisation of procurement and Asset Management frameworks, platforms, registers and processes to facilitate planning, evidence-based decision making and accountability for compliant asset management maintenance operational outcomes - asset performance, reliability, compliance, budgetary and health and safety

Providing support management and compliance auditing services to ensure preventative maintenance is delivered to specified performance outcomes, represent value for money and are compliant with regulatory and asset life cycle while minimising risk, disputes and processing inefficiencies.
Supporting the Business Manager in developing systems, processes and procedures and continually improving operational contract management, and compliance auditing across the Asset Management portfolios.
