* Implement safety protocols, industrial relations policies, and quality assurance procedures on-site.
* Maintain compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
* Degree in building or construction-related field, or trade qualification in a relevant area.
* Proven success in supervising commercial or industrial projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
