Jai Ho Restaurant is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bar Attendant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar operations, and ensuring responsible service of alcohol in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Task & responsibilities
* Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
* Take beverage orders from customers and provide recommendations where appropriate.
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Mix cocktails in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
* Monitor patron behaviour and ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol requirements.
* Refuse service to intoxicated persons in line with legal obligations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils.
* Restock bar supplies and manage inventory levels.
* Assist with opening and closing procedures of the bar.
* Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification & experience
* Diploma in Hospitality or a related qualification, or at least 1‐3 years of relevant experience as a Bar Attendant or similar role.
* Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
