Key Responsibilities
* Manage employee lifecycles, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal movements, while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
* Respond to employee inquiries via the ticketing system, providing clear guidance on policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate employee records within the P&C system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
* Support process improvements, ensuring compliance with policies and employment legislation.
* Work closely with the People & Culture team to provide strategic support and ad-hoc assistance.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a shared services or HR support function, managing employee queries and HR processes.
* Proficiency in HR systems and ticketing platforms to ensure efficient case management and resolution.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear guidance and support.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
