Cleaning Site Supervisor – Figtree
Securecorp is seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate cleaning services at one of our key retail sites in Figtree. This full-time role offers the opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership position within a supportive and growing organisation.
Working closely with an experienced Business Manager, you will oversee service delivery, support your team, and ensure consistently high standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily cleaning operations in line with contractual requirements
* Lead, manage, and mentor a small team to meet coverage and service KPIs
* Train and coach team members to maintain high performance
* Monitor consumables and maintenance to improve cost efficiency
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling requests and complaints professionally
* Complete required reports and documentation
* Respond to general, periodic, preventative, and emergency cleaning needs
* Promote a safe, positive, and professional work environment
* Perform related administrative duties
Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum 3 years' supervisory or management experience in the cleaning industry
* Proven ability to lead and support a dedicated team
* Strong understanding of service contracts and performance management
* Knowledge of cleaning practices, equipment, and machinery (desirable)
* Intermediate computer skills
* Sound knowledge of safe chemical use and workplace OHS requirements
* Valid driver's licence
* Current police check (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain
