About the Role
We're looking for talented Urban Designers at all levels— from Graduates to Senior Designers—to join our team.
Whether you're starting your career or bringing years of experience, you'll contribute creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for place-making to deliver meaningful design outcomes.
Our projects span from public realm design and residential communities to strategic growth planning, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders to create places people love.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to and/or lead the design and delivery of urban strategies, master plans, and public realm projects
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, community-focused outcomes
Prepare and present design concepts, visualizations, and reports using tools like AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp
Support project coordination, including timelines, budgets, and resource planning
Participate in workshops, design charrettes, and community engagement sessions; senior designers may facilitate and lead these activities
Assist with tender submissions and develop innovative communication materials to showcase design ideas
What You'll Bring
A degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture
Senior Urban Designers should have a minimum of 5 years professional experience
Strong design and documentation skills, with proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp
Knowledge of site planning and development concepts; senior designers will bring proven experience in applying these principles to complex projects
Residential design experience
A proactive, analytical mindset and a genuine passion for improving urban life and creating places people love
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams; senior roles may also demonstrate leadership and mentoring capabilities
A valid Queensland Class C Driver's License
Legal right to live and work in Australia
