Play a key role in delivering a high‐quality scholarships experience that supports student access, success and progression. Join a collaborative Student Success and Progression team committed to service excellence and continuous improvement. Full‐time (1.0 FTE) appointment on a fixed‐term basis for 12 months. Base salary range: $83,212 – $92,231 p.a. (pro‐rated) plus 17% superannuation.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating designated scholarships, including promotion, application processing, assessment support, offer management, financial administration and reporting.
* Responding to a wide range of student and stakeholder enquiries using sound judgement and a customer‐focused approach.
Qualifications
* A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience.
* Substantial administrative experience, ideally within a complex service environment.
* Proven ability to deliver high‐quality customer service to diverse stakeholders.
* Well‐developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently, use initiative and meet deadlines while contributing positively to a team.
