Role Responsibilities
* Manage sales requirements for a portfolio of Small Business, Agri, & Diversified customers
* Build relationships with Business Partners to generate and act on new business opportunities
* Manage Salesforce opportunities & national leads
* Retain existing customers through targeted activities
* Perform credit analysis and approve requests for temporary excesses or increased limits
* Coach and role model great behaviours across the team
* Manage lending and product requests for small business customers
* Understand customer needs to provide holistic banking solutions
* Handle customer complaints and escalations until resolved
* Develop less experienced bankers and team members
* Drive portfolio risk management and compliance
* Maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Retail, NAB Partners, others)
Candidate Requirements
* Passion for customer service
* Background in Agriculture or Agribusiness (preferred)
* Experience in a lending role
* Experience managing customer relationships and credit processes
* Strong financial and business acumen
* Problem-solving, time management, critical thinking, negotiation skills
