Health Information Services (HIS) at Monash Health is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administration officer with outstanding customer service to join our Admissions/Customer Service team at **Moorabbin Hospital - Main Reception,** **Bentleigh East**

**About the HIS Team and the Role**
In this administrative role your primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide customers exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone;
- Complete and ensure accurate data entry when admitting and updating patient details on the Patient administrative system (iPM), and other data entry and administrative duties as required (as outlined on the attached PD)
**Operating Hours**
The Moorabbin Main Reception is open 7 days per week. Shifts start and finish times may vary between 7am and finish at 8pm with the potential for operating hours to be changed and extended as the service continues to grow.
Staff may also be required to travel to other Monash Health sites.
