About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, qualified Community Care Workers to join our team.
In this role, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities, supporting their confidence to live independently. Responsibilities include:
* Providing in-home personal care, daily living assistance such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing
* Supporting clients according to their Care Plan
* Facilitating social and community engagement
* Assisting with transportation for shopping and appointments
What Makes a Difference for Us
* Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proof of comprehensive insurance and registration for your motor vehicle
* Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive as part of your duties
