Sales Success and Growth Opportunities
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales growth in a designated business territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned territory, implementing business strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in field sales or account management roles, preferably in the whitegoods/home appliances or consumer goods industry. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to negotiate win-win outcomes are essential.
This role involves developing store business plans, conducting regular business reviews, and executing channel plans to drive focus priorities through confirmed product deals and offers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for understanding and executing monthly key account manager (KAM) channel plans, driving channel advertising and promotional activity, and ensuring Electrolux consumer promotional programs are communicated and executed.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to identify sales opportunities, reconcile core range, monitor competitor/market activity, manage inventory and orders, provide product and process training, and maintain displays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop store business plans to achieve revenue and profit targets
* Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer needs and preferences
* Execute channel plans to drive focus priorities through confirmed product deals and offers
* Drive channel advertising and promotional activity to increase volume and market share
* Ensure Electrolux consumer promotional programs are communicated and executed
* Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to capitalize on them
* Reconcile core range and monitor competitor/market activity
* Manage inventory and orders to meet customer needs
* Provide product and process training to customers
* Maintain displays to showcase products effectively
