About the Role
This role forms part of a dynamic Trade Counter team in Wingfield, where you will provide essential support to engineers, project managers and other tradespeople by assisting them access products for fire safety protection.
Your Day-to-Day
* Offer customer service and product information.
* Provide quotes both face-to-face and over the phone.
* Pick orders, pack stock, and maintain inventory levels.
* Ensure the branch remains tidy and safe.
* Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Has prior experience in retail sales or customer service and is comfortable interacting with clients directly.
* Can accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and verify information provided.
* Proficient in computer use and eager to learn new systems.
* Hold a clean valid driver's license and are flexible with working various shifts, including weekends.
