Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecologist based in Charnwood, WA. The Ecologist will be responsible for conducting field surveys, managing wildlife habitats, assessing the environmental impact of projects, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The role also includes developing biodiversity plans, advising on ecological matters, and liaising with stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Field Survey Skills and Wildlife Habitat Management
* Experience in Environmental Impact Assessment and Compliance
* Knowledge of Biodiversity Planning and Ecosystem Management
* Excellent Stakeholder Liaison and Advisory Skills
* Strong Analytical and Report Writing Skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
* Experience with Geographical Information Systems (GIS) is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or related field
