Due to continued growth and a commitment to delivering outstanding learning experiences, genU is excited to announce a newly created opportunity within our Commercial Programs team. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Training Support Coordinator to support our training program delivery and post-course operations.
This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless experience for our trainers and participants by coordinating logistics, maintaining compliance standards, and providing high-quality support across our programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate training program logistics including reminder calls, trainer scheduling, and delivery setup across multiple platforms (Canvas and SMS).
* Ensure compliance by reviewing training delivery, assessments, and issuing of Statements of Attainment and Microcredentials.
* Liaise with trainers and internal teams to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide responsive support.
* Maintain accurate records and tracking tools, contributing to weekly reporting and data integrity.
* Support operational flexibility by assisting Training Coordinators and Admin teams during peak periods or as required.
This role requires occasional state based and interstate travel

You're proactive, accountable, and committed to delivering high-quality support that enhances the training experience for all stakeholders.
Essential Requirements include:
* Experience in training coordination, education administration, or a similar operational support role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with student management systems (SMS), online learning platforms (e.g., Canvas), and basic reporting tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach
* NDIS Screening Workers Check or willingness to obtain
* Valid and Current Driver's Licence
