Disability Counselling Role

We are seeking an experienced disability counsellor to join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing extraordinary care for individuals with a disability throughout their lives.

The disability counsellor will manage a diverse caseload, providing daily support to individuals of all ages living with a disability. This role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver a range of counselling services, set goals, and develop comprehensive therapy plans.

Maintaining accurate clinical records, client documentation, and providing information and reports on services delivered as required is essential to this position.

Ongoing evaluation and review of customer progress in line with their goals and plans is critical to the success of this role.
