Teaching and Coaching Position
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a passion for education and working with students who require additional support. The position is focused on delivering high-quality instruction to students with mild or moderate intellectual disability, as well as those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, and/or Cerebral Palsy.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who can develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the unique needs of students with varying abilities
* Monitor and assess student learning growth, using data to inform teaching practice
* Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on progress and achievement
* Maintain collaborative relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the broader school community
Requirements:
* Relevant curriculum knowledge and experience in responding to student learning needs
* Demonstrated ability in planning for and implementing high-impact teaching strategies
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills
