Pharmacy Professional
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality clinical and community-based care.
About the Role
* Dispense medications accurately and compliantly.
* Deliver Foundational Services, and Allied Health Services.
* Support the Health Focus Calendar and HBF Alliance programs.
* Provide immunisations, medication reviews, and health education.
You will play a key role in expanding and delivering clinical services, with direct patient interaction and collaboration across a diverse and experienced health team.
About You
* AHPRA registration as a pharmacist is required.
* Service training completion or willingness to undertake is essential.
* PSA or Guild immunisation accreditation is preferred.
* Strong communication skills and clinical judgement are necessary.
The successful candidate will be committed to delivering person-centred care in a team-based environment and have availability for a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
