Our Hazelmere-based client in the transport industry is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer / Admin to join their team on an ongoing contract, working Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm .
Key Responsibilities
* Support the team in meeting daily deadlines and KPIs
* Manage customer enquiries and freight tracking requests
* Assist with priority, interstate, and critical freight
* Accurate data entry and adherence to procedures
* Cross-train across contracts to maximise team support
* Maintain Safety Standards and CoR compliance
Requirements
* Previous customer service, admin, or transport experience
* Strong communication and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* SAP or Dynamics experience advantageous
* Driver's licence required
