Responsibilities
 * Conduct innovative research in applied mathematics, publish in top-tier journals, and secure external research grants.
 * Deliver excellence in teaching, develop and deliver engaging lectures, supervise research students, and contribute to curriculum development in applied mathematics.
 * Foster academic leadership, participate in school administration, engage in professional activities, and contribute to outreach programmes.
 * Build collaborations, develop research links with other schools and departments nationally and internationally.
Requirements
 * Hold a PhD in applied mathematics or a closely related discipline.
 * Have a strong publication record in top-quality, discipline-recognised outlets.
 * Possess the ability to secure research funding through competitive grant schemes.
 * Demonstrate excellent teaching skills and experience in curriculum development.
 * Have strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
