The General Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation. This is a commercially focused leadership position with full profit and loss accountability of a growing veterinary specialist and emergency clinic.

* Provide strong leadership and coaching to the management team ensuring the clinic is running efficiently and effectively;
* Foster an environment where clear role responsibilities are established and key staff members are retained through effective leadership;
* Define, lead, and advocate core values; take the lead in articulating and championing the core values of the organisation and devising and executing strategies and plans that align with and reinforce these values;
* Optimise financial performance by managing and enhancing financial performance, focusing on driving revenue growth through new service offerings, improving productivity, and effectively managing payroll costs;
* Maintain governance practices to uphold ethical and legal standards, proactively manage and mitigate risks, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements;
