We are headquartered in Melbourne, Australia with offices in London, United Kingdom and Auckland, New Zealand, and customers in Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Ireland and New Zealand.About the RoleWe're on the hunt for an experienced, end-to-end Marketing Manager to lead our efforts across Australia and New Zealand. This role is perfect for someone with strong field marketing experience who can confidently shape strategy and roll up their sleeves to execute demand creation and demand capture initiatives — all with a focus on generating new business.A key part of your success in this role will come from regularly engaging with customers and prospects — both in person and virtually — to produce compelling video content that showcases their stories and brings our brand to life. These conversations won’t just fuel content, but will also provide rich insights to sharpen our messaging, product positioning, and campaign strategy.It’s an exciting time to join the global Marketing team, currently a close-knit group of five (soon to be six) amidst Fresho’s scale-up phase. We’re rapidly expanding into the Large and Enterprise client space, bringing AI to the fresh food industry, and this role will be instrumental in driving that growth.You’ll be supported by strong foundations — including an established customer base across ANZ, solid processes and tools, and trusted external agency partners. You'll also work closely with our large and collaborative Sales team to align strategies and maximise impact.This is an initial 12-month opportunity to cover an internal international secondment, with potential to be extended or made permanent based on continued business growth.This is a hybrid position working from both our Melbourne HQ (at the amazing Central House offices in South Melbourne) and working from home.As part of a global team, this role requires flexibility to participate in meetings or collaboration outside of standard AU business hours, particularly with Freshonauts based in the UK and US.ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Campaign ManagementPlan and execute integrated campaigns (digital + non-digital) to drive new businessManage inbound leads and coordinate timely follow-up with the Sales teamIdentify and develop partnerships with industry influencers and associations to broaden reachContent, Events & Brand ExecutionProduce or support engaging content across formats — case studies, social media, PR, and videoRegularly meet with customers and prospects — both in person and virtually — to produce compelling video content and gather insights that inform messaging, product positioning, and campaign strategyManage the local events calendar, including trade shows and self-hosted eventsCollaborate with agency partners to maintain a consistent and impactful brand presenceSupport website optimisation for lead generation, working closely with our web agencyCustomer Engagement & Performance AnalyticsSupport initiatives to engage existing users through product updates and upsell messagingPartner with Product Marketing, Onboarding, and Support teams to ensure alignmentOversee the regional marketing budget and track performance of all campaignsUse tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Hubspot to analyse data and improve outcomesQualifications, Skills, and Experience3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, with proven strength in field marketing — comfortable engaging customers in-market and translating insights into strategy and contentProven ability to plan and execute lead generation campaigns, with a track record of aligning closely with Sales teams to drive resultsTech-savvy, with hands-on experience using modern marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and content management systemsConfident in working with digital performance metrics, website analytics, and SEO best practices, with an understanding of how to optimise conversion funnelsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across multiple channels and formatsStrong storytelling skills, with experience producing video content such as customer case studies that elevate the customer voice across campaignsComfortable owning a regional marketing strategy and executing independently while collaborating across time zonesPrior experience working in a global team environment, liaising with managers and stakeholders across Australia and internationallyIt’s a Bonus if You BringMarketing experience within a tech, SaaS, or high-growth environmentEvent management or partner marketing experienceExperience in the food supply chain or similar industrySuccess Looks LikeMeeting or exceeding monthly KPI targets for number of opportunities created and total potential valueDeveloping a deep understanding of our suppliers, venues, and the Fresho value propositionConsistently capturing high-quality customer and prospect stories through video content and interviews, using insights to inform and refine messaging, product positioning, and campaign strategiesSuccessfully collaborating with other areas of the business and contributing to cross-functional projectsTesting new ideas, analysing results, and recommending improvements for future initiativesIn return we’ll offerEverything you need to live and work well.LinkedIn Learning Subscription with weekly work time dedicated to growing new skillsMentoring programme to help you grow and exceed your potentialFlexible working with hybrid and fully remote teamsProcaffeinating Wednesdays where the coffee’s on us + in office coffee machinesWeekly fresh fruit in the officeRegular socials (with snacks and drinks of course!)Fresho merch so you can look sharp in our branded swagReferral bonuses - invite your friends and get paid for it!Employee Assistance Program to support your mental health and wellbeingCEO Book Club where role related e-books are on usFresho Sponsorship program to support your personal interests outside of workPaid time off for fertility treatments and generous parental leave policyFresho embraces diversity and equal opportunity in a serious way.
