Office Manager – CadCon Surveying and Town Planning
Location: Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast
Employment Type: Full-Time (38 hours per week)
CadCon Surveying and Town Planning is a well-established consultancy based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. CadCon was established in 2001 and currently comprises a team of 8 who provide tailored surveying and town planning solutions across a wide range of projects in property development, land use and more.
We are currently seeking a professional and organised Office Manager to join our team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive and collaborative environment on the Sunshine Coast.

Key Responsibilities.
· Oversee general office operations and upkeep.
· Provide front-of-house support – managing phones, reception, emails, and greeting occasional visitors.
· Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail.
· Set up and maintain job files in collaboration with Project Managers, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
· Handle invoicing, accounts payable and bill payments.
· Maintain internal registers for office assets, vehicles, uniforms and coordinate servicing and maintenance schedules.
· Manage office systems, including equipment registers and compliance-related reporting.
· Support the team with internal workflows, scheduling and day-to-day coordination.

About You
· Friendly, approachable and confident interacting with both clients and colleagues.
· Comfortable using cloud-based software – experience with Xero and/or WorkflowMax is a significant advantage for any applicant.
· Competent with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Well-organised with excellent attention to detail.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and take initiative.
· Previous experience in administration or office coordination is a significant advantage for any applicant.
· Motivated to learn more about the surveying and planning industry.

· Based on the Sunshine Coast, with a valid driver's licence and reliable transport
· Strong computer skills.
