**Your new role**
You have established procurement experience that can help the business areas navigate the procurement process from start to end. You will identify requirements, identify procurement process to follow, help draft / review tender documents etc. Also, your day-to-day involves:
- Reviewing, analysing, and advising on complex strategic procurement and contract management issues
- Reviewing, analysing, advising, approving, and publishing procurement and approach to market documentation in line with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules
- Guiding and advising staff and delegates about compliance with legislative, financial, and administrative frameworks, government decision-making processes (such as whole of government arrangements and policies), and Departmental guidelines
- Undertaking detailed quality assurance reviews of procurement and contract registrations using SAP
**What you'll need to succeed**
In addition to a minimum of 2 years end-to-end procurement experience within the Federal Government, you will also need:
- Hands on experience with CPRs
- Exposure to several Commonwealth panels
- AusTender publishing and AusTender upkeep experience
- Mastery of SAP & whole Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
- Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
- Diploma / Certificate IV Procurement
- Certificate IV in Government (Procurement and Contracting) or higher
