Speech Therapist
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in the Perth Metropolitan area. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with infants, children, and/or adults with various disability diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorders and clients with vision and hearing impairments.

You will work in a goal-directed way with clients and their families, assessing, planning, implementing, and delivering person-centred, evidence-informed services. Your skills and ability in providing clinical support and supervision to entry-level Speech Therapists will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and their families to build their capacity and improve their life outcomes
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-informed practice, including Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
- Provide clinical support and supervision to entry-level Speech Therapists
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $82,000 – $107,000 base salary + superannuation + salary packaging up to $15,899 of living expenses and up to $2,650 on entertainment benefits per year + 17.5% annual leave loading (valued at $875 – $1279)
- 4 weeks annual leave and 2 wellness days (valued at $500 – $730) pro-rata
- 5 professional development days (valued at $1250 – $1826) + $500 PD budget per annum pro-rata

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, approved by Speech Pathology Australia as a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist, preferably 2-3 years experience
- Current Drivers Licence, Working With Children (WWC) Check, NDIS Workers screen, and First Aid certification
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within the transdisciplinary team
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and deliver person-centred, evidence-informed services
- Skills and ability in providing clinical support and supervision to entry-level Speech Therapists
- Passion and commitment for working collaboratively with clients and families to build their capacity and improve their life outcomes
- Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development
- Provide and maintain proof of eligibility to work in Australia
