Renovation Labourer / All-Rounder (4–6 Week Contract)
About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and skilled Renovation Labourer to join our team on a short-term 4–6 week project. You'll be working across residential renovation jobs, assisting with a variety of hands-on tasks. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver quality work within a set timeframe.
Key Duties:
* Assist with general renovation work including demolition, painting, tiling, and basic carpentry
* Install fixtures, fittings, and finishes as required
* Prepare worksites, including cleaning, sanding, and surface prep
* Assist with flooring installations (carpet, tiles, painting etc.)
* Load, unload, and move materials and tools
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Follow instructions and work both independently and within a team
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in general renovations or construction
* Ability to perform a wide range of trade-related tasks
* Good understanding of tools and materials
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines
* Physically fit and able to handle manual work
* White Card required
* Driver's licence preferred
* 4–6 week contract with immediate start
