The Skills Required
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal who has;
Outstanding client service with excellent communication skills, verbal and written,
Knowledge of the Legal Industry (would be advantageous),
Be highly organised with the ability to multi-task with an ability to meet deadlines,
Professional presentation,
Accuracy and attention to detail,
Competency in the use of Microsoft Office.
You will be working with our team of experienced solicitors and some aspects of therole will be;
Answeringincoming telephone calls and taking initial enquiries fromnew clients,
Diary management and schedulingappointments with clients,
Assisting with file management and billing,
Collating and reviewing disclosure material,
Liaising between our solicitors, clients and other law firms,
Other day to day secretarial duties.
