The Information Management Section within the Data and Service Delivery Governance Branch of DFAT's Information Management and Technology Division has a requirement for an ICT labour hire resource to fill the role of Content Manager - Systems Administrator.
Key duties and responsibilities
The Department is seeking the services of an Electronic Document Records Management system (EDRMS) Technical Administrator who is highly skilled with the Content Manager application and assists ICT to manage the servers and replication of centralised EDRMS functions to posts. The position has a high ICT technical skill level which supports, and trouble shoots issues pertaining to the network. The position also provides advice on upgrade requirements, documentation and change requests on interfacing of applications with EDRMS. This position must have a high proficiency in understanding the DFAT technical environment and its impacts on the EDRMS model worldwide.

CriteriaEssential criteria
* 1. Relevant experience and industry knowledge in supporting, configuring and developing the Content Manager application.
* 2. Relevant experience and industry knowledge with integrating business applications with Content Manager.
* 3. Relevant experience and industry knowledge in Microsoft Operating System configuration, maintenance and patching.
* 4. Relevant experience and industry knowledge in virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV & Citrix Workspace
