C# developers
who have a mindset to solve problems, who don't cut corners, and value looking for the intricate details as to why things work so they can figure out and understand how to make things just that little bit faster. Because in a game of milliseconds, every second counts. We are partnering with a global trading business and looking at expanding their technology team; specifically a team that looks at building complex proprietary software applications that support the traders, allowing them to make the big bucks. Think about building web scraping/server technologies that are constantly deploying new services, analyzing logs, making scraping faster and building interfaces that are easily accessible. These applications include a combination of server-side systems and user interfaces. You will be involved in the analysis, design and development of
C#
applications in a Front Office trading environment. It\'s a full stack with a heavy focus on backend C# but also you\'ll get to tinker with other technologies React, typescript etc. It\'s also end-to-end - which means you will work closely with different business units, traders, researchers and closely to traders to gather requirements and solve problems. Think building proprietary tools that analyse newsfeeds, data feeds, visualise reporting, trade monitoring and messaging to help support trading decisions. Responsibilities
Develop web applications with
C#
and related technologies ( .NET ) Design, profiling, OO, multi-threading, and UI development with experience on both the client & server side Leverage WPF experience or other desktop applications Web scraping or web server application development experience Understand web technologies, HTML and JavaScript (React, etc.) Deploy
.NET Core
applications on Linux Collaborate with team members daily using strong interpersonal and communication skills Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical or related discipline Qualifications
You have experience developing web applications with
C#
and related technologies ( .NET ) Experience with design, profiling, OO, multi-threading, and UI development on both client & server sides Previous WPF experience or equivalent desktop app experience Experience with web scraping or web server application development Understanding of web technologies, HTML and JavaScript (React, etc.) Experience running and deploying
