Their portfolio spans education, health, community, airport-related and essential infrastructure projects delivered in regulated and live environments.

The Role
* Own the day-to-day delivery of the project, setting the standard for safety, quality and site presentation
* Run site operations from establishment through to practical completion
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades to maintain momentum on site
* Manage programme, key milestones and workmanship outcomes
* Identify and resolve site issues before they impact programme or quality
* Oversee site documentation, inductions and compliance requirements
* Ensure high WHS standards
The Criteria
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, Foreperson or Supervisor on commercial projects $1m - $10m
* Experience on government or Defence projects highly regarded but not essential
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* Sound understanding of WHS requirements and site compliance
* Trade background or construction qualifications highly regarded
