The Position: The Facility Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational, personnel and associated matters across the home. The role will ensure that all professional care and ancillary support services are delivered in accordance with Respect's values, policies and procedures; and to ensure that the home is managed and maintained within the approved budget, accreditation standards, compliance and reporting requirements. The successful candidate will be well supported by Respect’s corporate services team of specialists including clinical, quality, finance, people and culture, procurement, maintenance, and catering services.
