What you'll be doing
Provide a high-quality clinical service as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team that provides a goal orientated, time limited service to older persons who require support in the home environment to complete their restorative function, optimise their functional capacity and facilitate future planning, following a Hospital episode.
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective Community care that reflects current standards of Physiotherapy practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District Policies and Procedures
About You
* Relevant Tertiary Qualifications in Physiotherapy and current Registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team providing home based therapy.
