**About the Position**:
**Your duties will encompass**:
- Welcoming and assisting clients/customers
- Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Handling general administrative tasks
- Maintaining the tidiness and organization of office spaces
- Providing support to the sales team, including Contract Management
- Overseeing database operations
- Assisting with social media and marketing endeavours

**As a successful applicant you will have the following**:
- Current Qld Sales Person license (Certificate of Registration minimum)
- Qld Drivers Licence
- Australian Work Authorisation
- Previous experience in Real Estate Administration / Sales Associate role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Real Estate database management systems
- Experience with Indesign or similar will be highly regarded
