Your new role
You will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects within the School Facilities Operations stream.
Additional responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
* Review & support the development and implementation of improved processes and procedures
* Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and progress reports.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in project coordination or management, ideally within government or facilities maintenance projects
* Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Experience in process improvement and driving change initiatives.
* Relevant qualifications in project management, business administration, or similar.
* Ability to travel interstate and hold a valid Blue Card.
