Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Payroll Manager who can lead with strategic insight while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented.
This role will be instrumental in shaping the payroll function during a period of transformation, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end payroll function across multiple sites and complex award structures.
Drive strategic initiatives to modernise payroll systems and processes.
Ensure full compliance with Australian payroll legislation and enterprise agreements.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to deliver integrated solutions and reporting.
