Lead Data Engineer/Scientist
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer/Scientist to spearhead the development and ownership of our Customer Data Platform in the Microsoft Fabric environment.
* Design, build, and maintain the CDP in Microsoft Fabric, integrating data from various systems such as ticketing, POS, PMS, and CRM.
* Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and harmonization to create a unified view of every guest.
* Develop and maintain data models, dataflows, and semantic layers within Fabric.
* Evaluate and ensure the CDP is scalable, secure, and compliant with organisational standards and privacy regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years' experience in leading data engineering and/or data science roles.
