We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team.
This role represents a key leadership position within the function.

Location: Altona Head Office (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Reports to: General Manager Australia
Role Overview
The Senior Procurement Manager is responsible for category ownership and strategic procurement across key commodities, with strong integration into the S&OP process. The role ensures supply continuity, cost optimisation, and effective supplier partnerships while providing critical commercial and market insights to the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead procurement and category management for allocated commodities across Australia and New Zealand.
* Integrate procurement inputs into S&OP, translating demand forecasts into robust supply strategies.
* Drive cost savings and efficiency initiatives aligned with business objectives.
* Manage supplier relationships, performance, risk and compliance.
* Oversee category buying, stock monitoring, price book accuracy, SCAR management and invoice approvals.
* Support NPD sourcing, supplier investigations, and cross-functional decision-making.
* Provide category, supplier and market insights to Sales, Marketing, Planning, Quality and Finance teams.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
* Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation capability.
* Proven ability to deliver cost savings and performance outcomes in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience working with ERP or procurement systems is advantageous.
