Responsibilities
* Customer Advocate – Develops and oversees the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
* Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
* Orchestrates the full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to deliver customer outcomes across the lifecycle and build deep trust.
* Industry Relevant Trusted Seller – Develops a strong understanding of the customer’s business and industry priorities to drive new business opportunities and growth.
* Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring their requests and needs are addressed.
* Deliver Sales Excellence – Leads and coordinates virtual teams across solution areas to achieve revenue and market share growth.
* Industry Knowledge – Maintains a strong knowledge of the customer’s industry, business strategy, and key partners, gaining insights through direct engagement.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant industry experience (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education) and/or digital transformation experience, or equivalent.
* Account management experience, including developing and executing account plans.
* Experience working in an industry such as Public Sector or Education, or in roles like consulting or technology, driving digital transformation.
* Proven ability to lead and coordinate diverse virtual teams.
* Experience as a trusted advisor to executive-level decision-makers.
