Job Opportunity: Cafe Leadership
As a cafe leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our patrons. Your role will involve:
* Managing staff, including hiring and onboarding new employees, as well as training them on drinks preparation and equipment use.
* Coordinating with vendors to procure necessary supplies, such as takeaway cups, coffee, milk, and other ingredients for food.
* Maintaining accurate records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses.
* Developing new menu items based on seasonality and customer preferences.
* Providing guidance to staff on effective conflict resolution and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ensuring all cafe areas are clean and tidy.
* Fostering positive relationships with customers to increase loyalty and enhance our reputation.
Requirements:
* Work experience as a cafe or restaurant manager.
* Hands-on experience with professional coffee machines.
* Availability to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Customer service attitude.
* High school diploma.
* Additional certification in business administration or hospitality is desirable.
