Requirements
10+ years of Android development using Kotlin (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Android architecture, Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Material Design
Experience with Android development frameworks and tools such as Jetpack Compose, Flutter, React Native, Xamarin, and NativeScript
Knowledge of C# and Java (desirable)
RESTful APIs and network communication expertise
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Agile development methodologies
Proficiency in modular architecture and design patterns such as MVVM and MVP for clean separation of concerns
Good understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and building high-quality solutions
CI/CD and GitHub experience
Team Leadership
Must have a team of around 10 Android developers using Kotlin
Experience leading teams and driving their success
Additional Skills
Knowledge of C# (additional advantage)
Experience with highly modular architecture and design patterns (MVVM, MVP)
