This position is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the Nephrology Clinical Service Unit. We are seeking an Administration Officer who can provide high-quality administrative support to the unit's operations.
Key responsibilities include performing clinical typing with accuracy and efficiency, answering telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately, managing and updating digital medical records, providing general administrative support to the department as required, and ensuring timely and effective communication across the clinical team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude, excellent time management and organisational skills, the ability to think on your feet and adapt to a dynamic environment, strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, confidence working both independently and as part of a team, and self-motivation and the ability to work without direct supervision.
