Byrne Civil Group are seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to support our civil construction operations. This is a varied and fast-paced role covering general administration, plant coordination, compliance, and reporting.
This position offers flexible work arrangements (part-time or full-time).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative and office support to the team
* Manage plant, vehicle, and equipment registers and associated documentation
* Coordinate maintenance, registrations, and compliance requirements
* Process fuel allocations and assist with monthly reporting
* Coordinate inspections, test & tagging, and safety-related bookings
About You
* Previous administration experience (construction industry desirable)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite across all applications
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
