Responsibilities
Craft detailed HR reports and dashboards, translating data into compelling stories that aid strategic decision-making.
Conduct in-depth analyses of HR trends, uncovering patterns that inform future initiatives in talent management and workforce planning.
Work alongside HR partners to support data needs, delivering relevant and actionable insights.
Engage in data-driven projects, contributing to predictive models and advanced analytics to stay at the frontier of HR tech.
Experience We're Looking For
Solid background in HR analytics within a corporate setting, with a knack for presenting complex data sets clearly.
Comfortable with a variety of analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, coupled with precise analytical skills.
Exceptional communication skills – you're as good with people as you are with numbers.
A thorough understanding of HR processes and principles, ready to tackle new challenges head-on.
Proven track record working independently and as an integral part of a dynamic team.
