Job Description
UX/Content Writer – User Experience writing for major corporates as must for this role.
Our client is a major listed company.
We require a UX/Content Writer to assist in writing new and re-writing existing content for one of our clients Major Programs.
You will be working with Product Owners and thus a need to be well organised is a must.
Experience writing for Major Corporate Websites is an advantage.
The content/copy needs to be written right across our client's digital assets that adheres to our clients Brand Tone of Voice.
The successful candidates will need to have 2-7+ years' content (copy)writing experience either in ad agencies, digital agencies or large corporates.
The successful candidates will work across a range of tasks and topics.
The successful candidate someone who's good with hunting down requirements.
Having someone BA or UX experience is an advantage but not essential.
Having APPS experience is a great advantage.
Stakeholder management skills are key too as there's so many different areas of the business plugging into the program at any given time.
A degree in a related discipline highly desirable.
Core Responsibilities
UX Writing for APPS and Web
Content strategy (identifying customer insights and reconciling them with the business problem/product benefits)
Idea generation/Problem solving
Content creation (page takeovers, banners, landing pages, page refreshes, pop-ups, video scripts, strategy decks and more)
UX and wireframe copy (conversations, shop copy, micro copy in our digital platforms and apps)
Experience writing customer-facing copy
Strong organisational skills including set up/managing content development process
Great stakeholder management skills
Taking initiative to shape tasks/workload
Strong computer skills
Experience in script writing an advantage
Update content
Re-write contentWrite new Content
Produce Content in consultation with the Product Owners
Skill Set
Have a passion for creating content
Developing and writing content and/or copy
Developing content marketing strategies
Preparing and distributing content for various social media platforms
Working in the industry - in copywriting, PR, publicity, journalism, technical writing or similar
Writing content in a range of styles in line with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Producing website copy, blogs, social media posts, headlines and other digital media content
Have an understanding of SEO, Content Marketing techniques
good with hunting down requirements
Having some BA or UX experience is an advantage but not essential
You may also be required to do some TV/radio, email and social media marketing activities
Annual Salary - between 85K - 95K plus super, depending on skills and experience.
