With outstanding teaching and learning facilities, including our fabulous STEAM Centre, the college's Technology & Enterprise Department is well-resourced and active in the college community.\Key Responsibilities:\• Provide inspirational leadership to the Technology & Enterprise Department to drive academic excellence and student outcomes.
\• Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the department, encouraging teachers to develop and implement cutting-edge pedagogies and practices.
\• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, students, parents, and the wider community to promote the college's values and mission.
\• Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology and enterprise education into the curriculum, ensuring a seamless and holistic learning experience for students.
\• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and enterprise education, incorporating research and best practices into departmental initiatives and policies.
