* Experience in commercial kitchen repairs and maintenance
* Hard working, enthusiastic and good work ethic
* Works well in a team but happy to work solo
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail, effective time management and the ability to multitask
* Complex problem-solving ability
* Reactive repairs and new installation work
Ideally you have
* Current NSW driver's License
* Broad knowledge & understanding of commercial kitchen equipment
* Managing materials, stock holds and orders
* Testing and fault finding
* Experience with commercial glass and dishwashers
* Flexibility to work some weekend events at the stadiums
