With operations now in full swing and thriving, a new opportunity exists for an experienced operational leader to refine and optimise all aspects of 1KOMMA5 Australia’s residential installation process. Overseeing the delivery of more than 10,000 installations per year – from order confirmation through to installation, customer communication, post-installation service, and customer care, this critical position has been created to ensure the delivery process runs seamlessly and with maximum efficiency for our customers Nationally. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead and manage the national residential installation function, ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality project delivery. Oversee customer journey from order to post-installation care, ensuring a premium service experience. Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and delivery methods to optimise efficiency and minimise delays. Team & People Leadership Inspire, mentor, and lead a dynamic operations team across multiple states (QLD, NSW, VIC, SA). Foster a high-performance culture that encourages accountability, collaboration, and customer focus. Lead from the front – willing to roll up sleeves and work hands-on when needed. Customer Experience & Service Position 1KOMMA5° as the market leader in renewable energy customer service. Monitor and enhance customer communication, installation quality, and service outcomes. Resolve escalations with empathy and professionalism, always prioritising customer satisfaction. Strategic Growth & Innovation Support expansion of the product offering to include full home and commercial electrification solutions. Identify gaps in operational processes and implement scalable systems for sustainable growth. Collaborate with global and local leadership to align operations with broader company goals. Performance & Delivery Excellence Manage and optimise “virtual assembly line” operations to ensure consistency and reliability. Oversee KPIs across installation timeframes, customer satisfaction, service response, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. What We’re Looking For Proven senior leadership experience in operations, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or related industries. Demonstrated success in scaling high-volume, customer-facing operations. Strong leadership presence – able to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify operational gaps and implement innovative solutions. Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Customer-first mindset with a track record of delivering premium service experiences. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
