About The Role
* We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a DMS and ERP Administrator in maintaining, supporting, and improving our Dealer Management System (DMS) and ERP Systems.
* The ideal candidate will have leadership skills and experience in Automotive dealerships with utilising and managing a Dealer Management System (DMS)
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivering robust Application (DMS and ERP) and Platform support across the organisation.
2. Suitable candidates will swiftly respond to DMS and ERP issues and requests with efficiency.
3. Candidates must ensure pricing and data is accurate across the DMS and ERP Applications.
4. Manage and maintain integrations between applications and platforms.
5. Diagnose and resolve Application and Platform issues and outages promptly.
6. Create comprehensive ICT systems documentation.
7. Plan and implement upgrades and improvements of the DMS and ERP Applications and Platforms.
8. Evaluate if the DMS and ERP are fit for purpose and efficient for the business units.
9. Play a pivotal role in the execution of the ICT Strategy.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
About You
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in an Automotive dealership with technical DMS experience.
* Experience in Auto IT Units/Equip or Revolution Tune is highly desirable.
* Show an understanding of Automotive Dealership operations.
* Comprehension of Cyber Security principles.
* A track record of troubleshooting and resolving Application issues.
* Ability to adapt and learn new systems and technologies.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as a team member.
